A framed 36×24 print entitled Elsa Cantu and Clarice Cuda: Mermaids will be on view at the Rotunda Gallery at the Clark County Government Center from March 17, 2025 to May 01, 2025 as a part of the Empowered: Women of Clark County juried exhibition.

“This portrait of Elsa and Clarice exemplifies female empowerment by reclaiming traditionally feminine symbols—flowers, veils, and religious imagery—and presenting them in a way that highlights confidence, self-possession, and artistic expression. The subjects are not passive; rather, they exude a quiet power, reminding viewers of the strength, complexity, and depth of women’s experiences. Both women contribute to the local Las Vegas art scene and have never been afraid of showing vulnerability, and this collaboration is no different than works of their own.”
